Erica Manning is excited about movement! She has made it her career to share and teach fun, effective and practical ways to move through Pilates and yoga.

Erica has been teaching movement for over twenty five years. She has an Advanced Diploma in the Pilates Method. In addition she has completed the Studio Series with Polestar Pilates and Seminar training with the classical Romana Pilates. She is also a qualified yoga teacher and has a Cert IV in Fitness.

Erica comes from a fitness trainer background and a career as a Paramedic. Erica found that teaching Pilates and yoga was a natural career progression. She uses her previous knowledge and skills to offer her students the best movement and wellbeing outcomes.

Her teaching style focuses on good technique with a caring attitude. Erica knows that many people start Pilates for rehab, movement problems or returning to exercise after illness. Her goal is to build a strong relationship and guide students safely towards their goals. As a result she can assist them regain strength, flexibility, skills and confidence.

When she is not teaching Erica enjoys reading, researching and testing movement and wellness theories and techniques. Outside of work she enjoys going trail running, swimming or cycling.
