Hilton is a multilingual Osteopath (German & Mandarin) with ten years experience in aged care prior to commencing his osteopathic training at the University of Western Sydney in 2000. After completing his training Hilton returned to Brisbane for private practice.
Hilton is an experienced and skilled Osteopath and has been working with Move as a senior Osteopath for more than 10 years. During this time he has treated a wide range of patients and conditions.
He employs a broad range of techniques and predominantly uses a softer approach that includes gentle manipulation to restore balance to the body and manage the pain associated with many musculoskeletal conditions.
Hilton’s enquiry into health extends beyond simply looking at the musculoskeletal system. He takes a holistic approach to each individuals health and lifestyle. He encourages his patients to take a broader view to regain their health and will discuss nutritional concepts and health promoting exercises to assist.
