Kayla moved from New Zealand in 2018, where she is qualified as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist. She completed her Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy in Brisbane in 2021.
Kayla has an interest in chronic dysfunctions, injuries or conditions. She also enjoys helping people with general restrictions in movement that are preventing them from living their best life. She likes to utilise remedial techniques such as myofascial release, deep tissue massage and trigger pointing and to also give education and preventative plans that are individualised and easily incorporated into daily activities and lifestyle.
