Belicia Ralph (Bel) graduated from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology with a double
bachelor of Health Science and Applied Science (Osteopathy). Since graduating Belicia has
also completed qualifications in Dry needling and balanced ligamentous tension, as well as
learning more about women’s pelvic health.
Belicia grew up being involved in a variety of sports with a particular interest in rhythmic
gymnastics and rowing, which resulted in numerous injuries. Her passion for osteopathy started
after having several injuries and pains treated by an Osteopath. This is what drove her to want
to learn about the human body and how Osteopathy can aid with an assortment of conditions.
Belicia enjoys treating a wide range of conditions and ages using a holistic approach but has a
special interest in women’s health, pelvic pain, pregnancy related pain and chronic headaches.
Bel has completed additional training in pelvic health and has the ability to assess the pelvic
floor and provide treatment to help with pelvic floor dysfunctions.
Bel likes to use a variety of hands-on techniques including high velocity low amplitude (HVLA),
soft tissue massage and articulation. Bel also likes to use some gentle, indirect techniques such
as counterstain and balanced ligamentous tension (BLT). Bel also believes strongly in working
together with the patient and other health practitioners in order to provide each individual with
the best care and guidance to help achieve their specific goals. Belicia also likes to get
individuals involved in their own health by providing stretches and exercises to do at home in-
between visits to the clinic.
When Belicia isn’t working, she loves cuddling up with her cat and watching horror movies, and
spending her spare time checking out one of the many animal sanctuaries around South East
