    After having my children, I had a fair amount of back pain caused by the stress of the pregnancies on my body. I became more aware of my posture and soon discovered how Pilates can increase core strength and flexibility.
    After much study and development, I gained a Diploma in Pilates and have been instructing since 2013.  I am passionate about Pilates and people and committed to each individual and their needs. I love my work and am highly dedicated to providing the most from my instruction.
    I work with clients to develop training programs to incorporate appropriate breathing patterns and techniques to ensure optimal performance of every movement.  In this way we can achieve fitness goals to obtain maximum body control, balance, mental wellness and strength.
    I have treated clients suffering from a variety of conditions, including scoliosis, back pain and shoulder injury.
