Dr Bronwyn Baillie, Associate Osteopath
Originally from Dubbo NSW, Bronwyn completed her studies at Southern Cross University in Lismore graduating with a Bachelor of Clinical Science and a Masters of Osteopathic Medicine. She is also a member with Osteopathy Australia.
Originally intending to study law after school, during her gap year she discovered the amazing philosophies of Osteopathic practice. The emphasis on the interrelationship between the structure of the body and how it functions, and the natural restoration of optimal health became an overwhelming calling for Bronwyn to develop a deeper understanding.
She is passionate about facilitating wellness through the use of a diverse range of direct and indirect Osteopathic techniques alongside patient management strategies. She modifies the treatment to suit the patient’s individual health goals and enjoys working as a team with the patient to optimize their wellbeing whilst effectively educating and empowering the patient on how to manage their condition.
Bronwyn has a special interest in treating, but certainly not limited to;
* Acute and Chronic conditions
* Repetitive Strain Injuries and disorders resulting from workplace ergonomics.
* Women’s health, pregnancy and postpartum pain
In her spare time, she enjoys scenic bike rides, a good quality coffee and has newly discovered her passion for Yoga.
